Is the U-GO Electric Scooter just an e-bike in disguise?

I read a post on reddit where someone said, “Wow, this model will fail. It’s an e-bike dressed as a scooter.” I kinda see their point, it seems more like a low-powered e-bike than a real scooter. What do you think? Does it have a chance, or is it doomed from the start?

Just a heads up 43 km/h is more typical for an electric bike. Depending on traffic conditions it can still feel dangerously slow and make it challenging to keep up with the flow. Just something else to think about

Yeah, that speed could make it tricky in traffic, especially if it's too slow for roads but too fast for bike lanes, it feels like it’s stuck between categories.
