While many major brands have jumped into the electric motorcycle market Honda seems to be taking its time. Unlike companies like LiveWire and Can-Am which have usable (but pricey) electric options Honda has yet to make a serious EV push in the U.S.

It’s understandable that Honda may be waiting for better battery tech and lower costs but at this point it feels like other manufacturers will have fully established themselves before Honda even enters the race. If they do launch an electric bike will it be a game-changer or just another overpriced, low-performance model like some of their competitors?

Is Honda falling behind in the EV motorcycle market or are they being smart by waiting for the right moment?

Honda is definitely moving slow, especially compared to LiveWire, Zero, and even Can-Am. They seem more focused on small electric scooters than serious motorcycles, which makes them look like they’re falling behind in the U.S. market.

Absolutely! LiveWire and Can-Am are more sensible options but they still have a high price tag.It seems like Kawasaki and BMW are always releasing products that are too expensive for what you really get.I have a feeling Honda will eventually enter the market probably after they watch competition develop
